Right now I'm sitting in Singapore airport, quarter of the way into my loooonnnggg 8 hour layover to get home. Paid $8 for a shower - that was the best $8 ever. Nothing like a hot shower after sitting in the same smelly air with 200 other people for 16 hrs. For some reason, there were and inordinate number of babies on my flight, and the minute one started screaming its little head off, all the rest decided to join. Needless to say, I've had better flights.
About to head into Orchard Road to shop. Given I already did over $USD200 at San Francisco airport, I really shouldn't, but hey, what else is a girl suppose to do for 8 hours. Time for new shoes =D
Ahhh I'm so looking forward to be home.
